Pablo
Structural Engineer and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a major in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Chile, and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics from Stanford. Pablo's expertise lies in seismic hazard and seismic risk assessment at the building and regional levels, ground motion selection, performance-based earthquake engineering, engineering seismology, and probabilistic and statistical models applied to civil engineering. In addition to publishing scientific articles in the most prestigious journals and conferences in seismic engineering, Pablo has led and participated in post-earthquake damage reconnaissance missions in Chile (2010), México (2017), Perú (2019), México, (2020), Puerto Rico (2020), Turkish (2020), and Croatia (2021).

Miguel
Structural Engineer and M.Sc. in Civil Engineering with a major in Earthquake Engineering from the University of Chile, and Ph.D. in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics from Imperial College London. Miguel's expertise lies in the seismic performance of steel structures, the development of systems for structural health monitoring, performance-based earthquake engineering, and probabilistic methods applied to civil engineering. Miguel is an active researcher and has published scientific articles in the most prestigious journals and conferences in structural and seismic engineering.

Sebastián
Structural Engineer from the University of Chile. Sebastián also holds a Certificate in Management of Engineering and Construction Projects. Sebastián has more than 15 years of experience in engineering projects in several sectors, ranging from mining and energy to civil (e.g., Metro) and industrial infrastructure (e.g., pulp and cement). He has been involved in several project phases such as conceptual engineering, detailed engineering, field engineering, and commissioning. Moreover, Sebastián has served as a design engineer, procurement technical support, owner’s engineer, structural and seismic reviewer of projects and industrial equipment. Sebastián is an expert in structural modeling of complex systems and seismic design of engineering projects.
